How long does the approval process take?

Once your application is submitted, we typically process it within 24 hours — often faster if received before noon EST. Equipment or software is shipped promptly after approval.

When will I receive my deposits?

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover transactions are generally deposited the next business day, depending on your business type.

Do I need a business license to apply?

Not always. If you’re unable to provide a license, we may accept other documentation depending on your business type and risk category.

Is a business checking account required?

If your business is a corporation, yes. Sole proprietors may use a personal or business checking account.

Do I need to set up special card accounts (e.g. American Express)?

No. We’ll take care of those integrations for you during setup.
